Train of Thoughts

Because the Legend of Korra is really getting intense now.

Two things:

I think I really dislike Mako. Maybe it’s because the episodes don’t explore his personality/feelings very well but he’s slightly annoying in my opinion. First of all, even if the whole Makorra couple is cute, we don’t even know why Mako likes her. He’s just been screaming for her for an episode or two and totally disregarding Asami’s feelings. He just bursts into emotions over her and it seems a bit forced. Part of me wishes Korra would just find someone else. It would make a bit more sense. So ends my small rant about disliking Mako.

Before we knew Tarrlok was a blood bender, all the stupid policies and laws he passed made me really annoyed because it was like CAN’T YOU SEE YOU’RE DISCRIMINATING THE INNOCENT AND NOW THERE ARE EVEN GOING TO BE MORE EQUALIST SUPPORTERS YOU IDIOT. THIS IS JUST LIKE SOME AMERICAN POLICIES THAT BACKFIRE. WHY MUST POLITICS BE LIKE THIS. And just like that I had a connection with all the government issues in TLOK whether intentional or not. I also wished Korra would focus more on her air bending skills. Wouldn’t that make sense?
